FIELD: processing of raw food material in extruded combined feed production lines.

SUBSTANCE: combined feed production line has reservoirs adapted for storing of bulk grain components and equipped with dosing devices, mixer, extruder, and cooler. Said line is additionally provided with hoppers designed for storage of liquid components and equipped with volumetric dosing devices, steam jackets, and nozzles for spraying of liquid components, belt-type conveyor, reservoir for storage of fat-and-vitamin components furnished in its lower part with volumetric dosing device and fitted with steam jacket, high-pressure pump, belt-type drier, and granulator. Belt-type drier has sieving machine with convergent pipe for collecting of small-sized fraction. Steam jacket mounted on mixer casing is designed for stabilizing temperature mode of mixing process. Extruder zone disposed upstream of die is made in the form of extrusion nozzle with coextrusion head for obtaining of product with filler. Coextrusion head is formed as cylinder with tube incorporated therein and communicated through pump with volumetric dosing device of reservoir for storage of fat-and-vitamin components. Feed production line is additionally equipped with recirculation pipeline designed for further utilization of used heat-carrier from drier in steam jackets of hoppers for storage of liquid components, reservoir for storage of fat-and-vitamin components and mixer.

EFFECT: provision for obtaining of ready product rich in fats and vitamins.
