FIELD: food processing industry; food processing production lines.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing the food raw materials and may be used in the lines production of the extruded food products. The line of production contains the mixer, the device for preliminary hydrothermal treatment of the source raw, the extruder, the gas-steam absorber, the dehydrator and the sifting device. The device for the preliminary hydrothermal treatment of the source raw is made in the form of the vertical auger conveyor. On its outer part of the body there is sectional device for the tangential feeding of the steam flow. The inner part of the body of the vertical auger conveyor connected with the sectional device is made netted for the steam passage inside the body. Behind the extruder there is the mounted gas-steam absorber made as the screen shaker with the IR-heating. The food product treated in the gas-steam absorber is fed into the pelleting apparatus, in which the mixture of the multifunctional additives is fed. From the pelleting apparatus the extruded granules with the additives applied on their surface are directed for maintaining the set humidity and heating mode into the dehydrator. The dehydrator is made in the form of the diffusion chamber with the belt-type perforated transporter. The dehydrator is additionally equipped with the recirculating pipeline and the steam generator. From the dehydrator the granules are fed in the intermediate hopper-storage, and from it they are fed for the prepacking and packaging. The invention allows to dilate the range of the produced extrudates, to reduce the temperature of the product treatment in the extruder, to decrease the duration of the product staying in it.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the dilation of the range of the produced extrudates, reduction of the temperature of the product treatment in the extruder and the duration of the product staying in it.
