SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating and preventing parodontitis, gingivitis and parodontosis and, also, any oral infections in case of inflammation and edema phenomena. Method for obtaining pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing parodontium diseases includes mixing water-soluble derivative of cellulose, glycerol, water, moreover, water should be heated and supplemented with the mixture of chondroitin 4-6-sulfates, then one should add the derivative of cellulose followed by mixing and adding glycerol in which peppermint oil is dissolved followed by mixing and adding necessary volume of water to add chlorohexidine bigluconate to be kept then for 24 h. The composition contains the mixture of chondroitin 4-6-sulfates, chlorohexidine bigluconate, glycerol, peppermint oil, water-soluble derivative of cellulose and water. The innovation enables to increase the quality of mixing components of solution with the purpose of their improved distribution along the whole volume and, also, obtaining antiphlogistic and anti-edematous effect along with accelerated processes of tissue reparation. Composition in question is of directed pathogenetic action upon pathologically altered parodontium tissues and enables to increase efficiency of therapeutic process.
