FIELD: disintegration by tumbling mills.
SUBSTANCE: lining comprises guards arranged in rows along the axis of the mill drum and are directed toward the center along the radius. The inner side of the mill drum is provided with lining panels provided with inclined wire guards mounted at an angle of 10-80° to the horizon pointing in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the mill drum. The ratio of the length of the wire guards to their thickness ranges from 1.5 to 6. The height of the guards ranges from 0.3 to 0.6. The distance between the adjacent rows is no less than 1.1 of the maximum size of the piece of the initial material. The distance between the guards is no less than 1.1 of the maximum diameter of the ball.
