FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fastening articles on chassis. Proposed clamp has lock, lever hinge mounted on axle, bracked made by milling, angle plate, ring, nut locknut. Lever is made in form of rod with plain part on one end and outer screw cut on other end. Bracket has mounting flat with threaded holes and two parallel sides, each provided with lug with hole. Axle passes through hole in plain part of rod and holes in lugs and is secured from outer sides of lugs by means of split washers fitted in necks of axle. Lock has hollow cylindrical central part, outer hollow part in form of truncated cone and end face connecting central part with outer part from side of truncated part on cone. Inner diameter of central part of lock is greater than outer diameter of threaded part of rod. Blind hole is made on end of rod with screw cut. Nut is provided with plastic wingnut and reinforced metal bushing with thread in central hole. Length of wingnut exceeds larger length of bushing, thus forming blind hole in nut. Locknut is provided with cylindrical part and shank adjoining central part. Central threaded hole is made in locknut. Angle plate has step with outer surface in form of part of cylinder surface arranged in space of outer hollow part of lock. Nut is turned onto threaded part of rod to thrust against end face of lock, then locknut is turned on with shank to end of threaded part of rod, and ring installed on threaded end of rod and secured by flaring of blind hole on end of rod. Bracket is designed for mounting clamp on chassis and angle plate is designed for fitting on article to be secured on chassis.

EFFECT: improved vibration stability of clamp.
