FIELD: municipal service machines: garbage collectors and removers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed garbage removal truck has mechanism for loading garbage into body which consists of compacting and feeding plates set into motion by hydraulic cylinders operated by hydraulic distributor with electromagnetic drive, and electronic device to control electromagnets. Electromagnets are switched on by control unit. Microprocessor programmed module stores information on threshold values of electric signal of transducer 13 corresponding to values of hydraulic pressure in hydraulic system at extreme positions of compacting plate 4 and feeding plate 6. Value of electric signal generated by transducer 13 at operation of safety valve of hydraulic system exceeds threshold values of electric signal of said transducer. Compacting plate upper extreme position pickup is connected to input of control unit. Electronic device contains built-in electromagnet switch off signal transmission delay unit after obtaining of threshold value of electric signal in transducer 13 but before operation of compacting plate upper position pickup.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability.
