FIELD: metallurgy; mechanical engineering; methods of the thermal treatment of the metals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of the thermal treatment of the metals and may be used in production of the sheet thermally improved high-strength rolled metal consisting of the carbon and alloyed steels. For the purpose to increase the hardness, strength, viscosity and plastic properties of the steel the martensite hardened sheet is subjected to backing at the temperature of not above 250°С and to aging. At that its heating up to the backing temperature is conduct with the speed of 10-120°С/h. At the backing temperature of 150-170°С the heating is exercised in two phases, at the first phase the heating is exercised with the speed of 100-120°С/h up to the temperature of 100-130°С, at which the heating in the second phase is conducted with the speed of 38-52°С/h. At the backing temperature of 180-200°С after achieving the temperature of 150-170°С conduct the third phase of the heating heat with the speed of39-54°С/h. At the backing temperature of 210-250°С after achievement of the temperature of 180-200°С conduct the fourth phase of the heating with the speed of 10-24°С/h.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased hardness, strength, viscosity and plastic properties of the steel products.
