The coefficient of microalloying elements rM/N, determined by the expression rM/N =([Al]/2+[Nb]/7+[V]/4)/[N], is 1.0-9.9.
EFFECT: steel has high strength and the required toughness, elongation and relative deformation and can also resist stress corrosion cracking and have suitable weather resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
