FIELD: flow measuring equipment engineering, possible use in systems for controlling extraction of gas-condensate hydrocarbon deposits.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cyclone-gravity separation of well product onto gas and liquid phases. Prior to feeding the product into reservoir hollow, part of aforementioned hollow is filled in advance with liquid low boiling point hydrocarbons, such as benzene, up to level exceeding the level of positioning of points of tangential product feed into the hollow. Then by means of tracking presence of condensed moisture in the gas drained from the hollow, speed of extraction/draining of gas from the hollow is maintained or limited, and condensate flow counter is activated. Speed of extraction of condensate from the reservoir is maintained, ensuring constant predetermined level of condensate relatively to the point where it is drained from the lower part of reservoir hollow. Device for realization of the method contains vertically aligned cylindrical reservoir with appropriate (product) feeding and gas and condensate draining pipelines, signaling indicators of pressure, temperature, level, circular speed of liquid in cyclone part of reservoir, presence of condensed moisture in the gas being extracted, flow controllers and flow counters, and also a controller with appropriate software, predetermined levels block and multi-channel input, controlling outputs of controller being enabled for electric control by flow controllers.
EFFECT: ensured quality and operative recording of product while minimizing costs of installation, adjustment, operation (servicing), maintenance and/or replacement of device as a whole and of its separate units and elements.
