FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for operational accounting of production rates of gas, gas condensate and oil wells in real time, including under conditions of high pressures of well production. The unit for measuring the flow rates of gas condensate and oil wells consists of a manifold and shutoff valves. A control valve is installed on the manifold. An anti-hydrate inhibitor supply unit is made in front of the control valve, which is a high-pressure valve. The shut-off valve is connected to the separator. The separator is horizontal three-phase and is made in the form of a cylindrical tank, divided by a height-adjustable partition into two parts: a receiving and a condensate collector, connected in the upper part of the tank. In the receiving part there is an inlet fitting and a baffle-distributor. The horizontal three-phase separator has a coil for heating the lower part of the separator and a fitting for steaming the condensate trap and separation package. In the receiving part, a fitting is made for draining the liquid into the drainage. On the upper surface of the horizontal three-phase separator there is a branch pipe with a safety valve for gas discharge to the vent stack in emergency mode. The condensate collector has fittings for taking representative samples. The unit additionally comprises a gas centrifugal vertical separator and liquid flow meters.
EFFECT: prompt and accurate measurement of the amount of separated liquid, associated gas and gas condensate or oil with the possibility of determining their composition.
