SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to measure the temperature of a sick finger and the volumes of a sick and a corresponding healthy fingers. Medicinal preparation should be introduced heated up to the temperature of a sick finger at the dosage being efficient to achieve the required pharmacological effect and in the volume determined out of the following ratio: V_prep.<V_h.+80%_Vh.-V_s., where V_prep. - the required volume of the solution of medicinal preparation, V_h. - the volume of a corresponding similar healthy finger, 80% V_h. - 80% volume of a corresponding similar healthy finger, V_s. - the volume of a sick finger. The innovation enables to prevent excessive increase of intra-tissue pressure and prevent the decrease of leukocytic activity.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of finger infiltration.
