SUBSTANCE: device has surgical corset having fastener. Bare metal conductors are fixed on its internal surface as closed conducting loops adjacent to a local human body zone. The surgical corset is designed as brassiere having shoulder straps. The conductors form carcass repeating local zone shape with at least two separate closed conducting loops or indivisible double conducting loop with fixed fastener. The conductors are produced from cylindrical wire or flat strips having cross-section equal to or greater than 0.8 mm2, heat conduction coefficient equal to or greater than 312 W/m*degree and specific electric resistance equal to or less than 2.4x10-2 Ohm*mm2/m. Another version of surgical corset is designed as brassiere having shoulder straps having additional site for embracing neck as ring having metal conductor on the surface adjacent to neck with at least one conducting loop being formed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in applying heat therapy in inflammatory disease cases.
