FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for making influence onto subsurface areas of biological object when there is increment in thermal or current level in those areas. Device for making changes in enthalpy of selected area of biological object has naked metal conductors mounted for contact with surface of biological object in selected area and for forming embracing frame of that part of biological object where selected area is disposed. According to first version, conductors are made of cylindrical wire or of flat straps to have cross-sections of 0,8 mm2 and bigger; heat conductivity factor equals at least to 312 W/m at room temperature and specific resistance equals to 2,4x10-2 Ohmxmm2/m. According to second version, those metal conductors are fixed along top and central vertical part of internal surface of tights.

EFFECT: constant removal of excess energy from area of inflammation.
