The suggested cosmetic preparation of cutaneous application contains cosmetically acceptable foundation and biologically active additives, and, also, a component that provides resorptive action as silicon-organic emulsion of water-in-oil type at including salt into aqueous phase, and as biologically active additives one should apply substances of certain direction. The cosmetic preparation in question enables to obtain necessary psychoemotional state along with increased efficiency of preparation's action upon a patient's skin.
