SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to curative, prophylactic and/or cosmetic preparations. Cosmetic preparation that protects skin against disorders initiated due to active and passive smoking contains cosmetically acceptable foundation and oxygen-transporting multiple emulsion of silicon-organic compounds at the concentration ranged 0.1-20 weight%, and, also, cosmetic preparation in which oxygen-transporting multiple emulsion contains perfluorocarbon compounds ranged 0.1-60 weight%. Moreover, oxygen-transporting multiple emulsion of silicon-organic compounds and, also, perfluorocarbon compounds includes organic phosphates and/or hydrocarbonates, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase, endogenic antioxidants and/or plant extracts. Cosmetic preparation with oxygen-transporting multiple nanoemulsion provides the chance to decrease or eliminate harmful smoking aftereffects upon skin.
