FIELD: aircraft industry; mechanical engineering; heat-and-power industry; methods of application of the protective coating on the details.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the coatings protecting the details against the action of the high temperatures and may be used in the aircraft engines production, mechanical engineering, the heat-and -power industry; other industries. At least one metallic layer is applied on the surface of the detail. Then exercise application, at least, of one metallic layer. Then conduct the alitizing or the chromium alitizing. Then they apply the ceramic layer on the basis of zirconium oxide containing yttrium oxide. Hardening of the ceramic layer is exercised by application on it at least of three ceramic layers on the basis of the zirconium oxide containing 6-9 % of the yttrium oxide and 3-30 % of the aluminum oxide. The given method allows to improve reliability and to increase the service life of the protective coatings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved reliability and the increased service life of the protective coatings.
