FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in chrome-calorising in powder mixture, in successive thermo-vacuum treatment by quenching, in sputtering layer of ceramics ZrO2-8Y2O3 on parts by electron-beam method and in diffusion annealing for finish forming structure of coating. Before diffusion annealing a layer of ceramics ZrO2-11Y2O3-(12-25)Si of thickness 10-15 mcm is applied on the layer of ceramics ZrO2-8Y2O3 by electron-beam method. Diffusion annealing forms coating consisting of [ZrO2-11Y2O3-(12-25)Si]-(ZrO2-8Y2O3)-β+γ'-phase.
EFFECT: increased service life and reliability of parts of engines operating under conditions of variable thermo-chemical loads and high temperature oxidation.
