FIELD: glass industry; ceramic industry; radio engineering; production of the radio engineering products out of the glass-ceramic materials by the ionic exchange.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the glass industry and ceramic industry, in particular, to production of the radio engineering products out of the glass-ceramic materials by the ionic exchange. The installation contains: the chambers of drying and cooling, between which there is the hardening chamber separated from them by the gates; the guides; the carriages with the cassettes for the products; the gear for their relocation; the heaters and the air ducts with the fans. The chambers of drying and cooling are located on the same line with the hardening chamber and equidistantly from its center. From the side of the hardening chamber on the gates there are the heaters with the screens, and on the lateral walls of the hardening chamber and the drying chamber there are the mounted heaters and the air ducts connected by means of the guides of the apparatuses with the fans installed in the middle of the upper part of the chambers. The gear of relocation of the carriages with the cassettes is fulfilled in the form of the reverse drive with the chain gear, in which one of the links passing along the axis of the chamber is made in the form of the pole with two pinchers getting into the gearing contact with the reversible frame mounted on each carrier with the capability of the pivot turning. The technical result of the invention is the possibility of hardening of the products of the complex form and the rather big their dimensions, the increased productivity, the reduced power input, simplification of manufacture and maintenance of the installation, the decrease of its overall dimensions.
