FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, shaft that is made of the driving shaft member and driven shaft member axially aligned inside the housing for permitting rotation in the bearings. The driving shaft member has chambers and passages. The surface of the driving shaft member and the surface of the housing define a pressure-tight space sealed by ring seals. The chambers receive pistons that cooperate with the shaped stops made on the driven shaft member. The chambers are connected with the pressure-tight space through passages thus forming the under-piston space of the chambers. The chambers, passages, and space are filled with a liquid. The housing is provided with a pressure gage for measuring pressure of liquid in the space.
