Proposed machine has stator, working chambers, driving and driven rotors whose geometric axes of rotation intersect and acute angle, and working medium inlet and outlet. Driving rotor engages with driven rotor through sealing member provided with through slot to pass driving rotor installed for rocking in through slot of driven rotor around axis, not aligned with axis of driven rotor and rocking relative to driving rotor around axis not aligned with axis of driving rotor.
