FIELD: motor-car electrical equipment including power supplies.

SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in voltage regulator circuit are two additional transistors, two resistors, and potentiometer; resistors are series-connected into collector circuits of transistors and potentiometer is connected in parallel with one of diodes of generator plus bus; central lead of potentiometer is connected to base of first additional transistor whose emitter is connected in parallel with anode of diode parallel-connected to potentiometer and collector of this transistor, to base of second additional transistor and to one lead of resistor whose other lead is connected to minus bus of voltage regulator; second additional transistor and resistor also connected into its collector circuit are connected in parallel with upper arm of voltage-regulator divider; minus bus of voltage regulator is connected to motor-car ground through circuit breaker.

EFFECT: simplified design of generator regulator, improved power characteristics of on-board power circuit.
