FIELD: machine engineering, namely orienting and loading mechanisms of machine tools and manufacturing machines, possibly in apparatuses for automatic orientation of flat parts and blanks.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes transporting trough with beads and with main and additional control nozzles arranged in said trough. Control nozzles are in the form of converters "jet-damper". Control unit includes two amplifiers, fluidic logic AND gate, two flip-flops and two delay members. Outlets of main and additional control nozzles are connected respectively with direct and inverted inputs of logic AND gate whose output is connected to inlet of first flip-flop and to inlet of first delay member. Outlet of first delay member is connected with inlets of second delay member and to inlet of first flip-flop. Outlet of second delay member is connected to inlet of second flip-flop. Outlet of first flip-flop is connected to inlet of first amplifier whose outlet through throttle is connected to inlet of main actuating nozzle. Outlet of second flip-flop is connected to inlet of additional actuating nozzle.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of orienting flat parts on transporting troughs due to new pattern of their orienting by tilting with use of two successive and mutually related impulses of compressed air having regulated duration and intensity.
