FIELD: process automation.
SUBSTANCE: device contains the main tray, located obliquely with the possibility of moving the parts along it under by gravity and having a cutout in the lower part, which is made with the possibility of dropping parts with the appropriate orientation through it, and two nozzles for supplying compressed air installed opposite each other on opposite walls of the main tray. The device is equipped with an additional tray placed under the main tray and having a cutout coinciding with the cutout of the main tray. The additional tray is installed with the possibility of continuing the movement of the parts dropped into it, and each of the nozzles is equipped with a spherical part located at one of its ends, by means of which the nozzles are installed with the possibility of rotation.
EFFECT: ability to increase reliability of correct orientation of the workpieces and, accordingly, to improve performance of the device.
