FIELD: municipal and household waste waters purification.
SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used for the waste waters purification in cottages, country houses, hotel complexes, schools, settlements, sports clubs, public catering establishments. The device contains the body (1) with the sealed cover, in which there are the leveling tank with the active sludge (3) supplied with the fitting pipe (2) used for feeding of the waste waters, the emergency sensor unit, the aerators-stirrers (4). The leveling tank (3) communicates with the activation tank (7) by means of the overflow fitting pipe (5) arranged in the near-bottom area of the dividing wall (6). In the activation tank (7) there are the small-bubbling aerators (8), the tube well (9) with the main pump (12) and the internal aerator (11), the large-bubbling aerator (20) of the external blowing. The walls of the tube well (9) in the middle area are have the perforation (14), embrace outside by the shell (18) which has been made in the form of the cylinder, the lower butt of which is arranged in the funnel (15), the smaller base of which is hermetically consolidated on the outer wall of the tube well (9). The device also includes the aerotank (21) supplied with the small-bubbling aerator (8),the silt recirculating pump (22) and the circulation pump (25) of the partially purified water. The aerotank (21) communicates with the secondary settling tank (27) supplied with the stabilizer of the incoming purified water, the outlet filter (32), the pure water offtake fitting pipe (33), the aerator-breaker of the biofilm (34), the pump-remover of the biofilm (35). The pump-remover of the biofilm (35) is made in the form of the pipeline having the J-shaped form. One end of which is arranged below the area of the outlet filter (32), and the second end - above it. The device also contains the silt stabilizations chamber (24) supplied with the silt stabilizer and the aerators-stirrers (4) arranged in its near bottom part. This chamber is interconnected with the leveling tank (3) by means of the overflow pipeline (41). Besides the device is supplied with the control unit (42), the compressor (43), the distributors (45), (47) and (48) accordingly, the turbo stages of the first and second stages. The distributors (45), (47) and (48) are coupled by the air ducts to the aerators and the pumps. The invention allows to use repeatedly the purified waste waters, to diminish the power inputs, to simplify the design of the device, to increase its reliability, to reduce the labor input at its manufacture, operation and purification.
