FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at treatment of effluent water with suspended activated sludge and can be mounted at vehicles. The effluent treatment device comprises casing (1) where there is equalising cell (4) with activated sludge, intake branch pipe (3) and aerators (6), activation cell (8) fitted with fine-bubble aerator (9) and connected to the equalising cell by bypass channel (7) and aerotank (11) fitted with fine-bubble aerator (9) and communicating with the activation cell by main pump (10). A sludge stabilising cell (15) is connected to aerotank (11) by sludge pump (14) and outlet cell (18) - by circulating pump (17). Sludge stabilising cell (15) is connected to equalising cell (4) by return sludge pipe (22). The outlet part of equalizing cell (4) prior to bypass channel (7) is separated from its inlet part by inclined arresting grid (5) with mixing aerators (6) being set on both sides of it. Aerotank (11) is connected to the activation cell by recirculating pump (12) made as an airlift; aerotank (11) is equipped with sensor to detect oxygen in liquid (36) which is connected to control unit (34); valve (38) is fitted at pipe (37) for the air supply to fine-bubble aerator (9); frame ultrafiltration filter (20) is mounted in outlet cell (18).
EFFECT: invention allows for decreasing the device dimensions along with upkeeping the effluent treatment degree and providing for the reliable device performance in the wide operation range.
