FIELD: construction, particularly to erect and repair civil, industrial and agricultural buildings, namely coverings or linings for walls or ceilings composed of a number of similar elements.
SUBSTANCE: wall enclosing structure comprises frame composed of metal profiles fastened to building wall, heat insulation member including heat insulation layer and air space, facade panels and covering strips adapted to cover gaps between facade panels. Each facade panel has three layers and includes intermediate rectangular honeycomb channels. Each facade panel is provided with wedge-like extension arranged in upper panel end part to connect the panel with covering strip. Facade panel also has support plate formed in lower end part thereof to connect the panel to metal profiles. Facade panel has stepped face surface edges so that coveting strip is flush with face surface thereof. Covering strip is U-shaped and has flanges. Expansion walls of covering strip are bent inwards through 10-15° angles to vertical line. The expansion walls define wedge-like hooks in cross-section and have plastic hinge at plate base. Facade panels and covering strips are connected with each other by "wedge-operated lock" connection inserted in embedded heat insulation members carried by support plates of facade panels. Corner facade panels are L-shaped. Panel and covering strip production methods are also disclosed.
EFFECT: increased heat-insulation abilities of outer walls due to creation of closed air spaces, decreased weight, increased service life, simplicity, assemblage reliability, heat-insulation properties, ecological safety and improved appearance of facing member set.
