SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of building construction, namely to structures and methods for erecting walls and facades of buildings. The modular facade system includes multilayer panels with a ventilated facade, containing a frame made of steel profiles, an internal heat-insulating layer, external and internal cladding, while, according to the invention, the system includes straight and angular multilayer panels, the frame of which is made in the form of at least two energy-independent contours from light steel thin-walled structures (LSTWS), external and internal, between which heat-insulating layers are placed, including at least one vacuum cassette insulating the outer and inner contours from each other, while the contours are horizontally displaced relative to each other with the formation at vertical joints relief panels that provide vertical interlocking of the system panels to each other, and at least one of the independent contours has horizontal joints made in the form of an omega profile. The designs of straight and angled panels of the system and the mounting method are also described.

EFFECT: inventions group makes it possible to create pre-fabricated facade systems based on LSTWS panels with improved thermal insulation qualities.
