MOTORIST TENT Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E04H15/06 

FIELD: construction, particularly motorist tents at least partially supported by vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: tent comprises connection means, which connects tent components to car and includes cross-bars of round section. The first cross-bar ends are fixedly secured to car boot side, another one are fastened to links, which may slide along cross-bars. The links are installed on horizontal tube. The first tent frame end part is attached to horizontal tube so that the frame end may rotate about horizontal axis, folded and erected along horizontal tube. The first tent frame end part consists of pivotally connected two short rods and six long ones. Horizontal tube is connected to outermost rods. Two long rods create frame end part ridge. The second tent frame end part has the same structure and spaced a distance equal to tent length from the first one. The second tent frame end part has composite outermost rods. Ridges of the first and the second trusses are connected with each other by means of flexible member. Tent covering is laid on outer truss surfaces and secured to inner sides of outermost rods.

EFFECT: increased speed of tent assembling and disassembling, possibility to arrange all tent components on car boot without car body damage.
