FIELD: oil production, particularly to develop oil or bitumen field, namely to produce viscous oil or bitumen via producing horizontal wells along with reservoir treatment with heat to be supplied through injection horizontal wells.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling continuous horizontal well so that well inlet is located over productive reservoir, conditionally horizontal well section extends along strike and well outlet is directed upwards and is inclined from productive reservoir to day surface; installing casing pipe; cementing hole clearance; arranging production string provided with centralizers; injecting heat carrier and producing viscous oil or bitumen. In accordance with the invention productive reservoir thickness spread over field area is defined more accurate. At least one pair of continuous horizontal wells is drilled so that horizontal well sections are parallel and located one over another in vertical plane. The horizontal well sections are spaced a distance, which prevents untimely condensate breakthrough to producing well. Casing pipes having filters are installed within productive reservoir thickness. Then hole clearances of casing pipes are cemented up to productive reservoir roof and heat carrier is injected through upper horizontal injection well from well head and bottom. Simultaneously viscous oil or bitumen is produced via lower horizontal producing well from head and bottom thereof with the use of swab. Distance to horizontal producing well bore path is not less than minimal distance to viscous oil or bitumen reservoir surface or water-bitumen contact line, which increases water-free well operation time.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of viscous oil or bitumen displacement, increased recoverable product amount due to stable and continuous thermal reservoir treatment and effective heat carrier usage, extended vertical and horizontal sweep and due to decreased amount of produced water and condensate content in product volume.
