SUBSTANCE: distributor comprises valve gate, valving means connected with the valve gate, and slide valve. The connecting pipe that provides connecting to the drain line is covered with the slide valve. When the valving means are opened the consumer is connected with the connecting pipe. When controlled pressure is applied, the slide valve moves from the initial position through the intermediate position to the end position. The valve gate has the second radial passage shifted to the face with respect to the first radial passage. The first radial passage is made for permitting it to be covered by means of the slide valve upon the slide valve reaches the intermediate position. The throttle opening is interposed between the valve gate and its guiding member.
