FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic distributors with electromagnetic control designed for remote control of working fluid flows in hydraulic systems. A four-section submersible electro-hydraulic control unit is proposed, consisting of upper and lower housings and channels made in them, pressure, working and drain cavities, holes for working spools. Four hydraulic distributors are functionally located in two plane-parallel block housings, tightened together by fastening elements, with connecting channels sealed by sealing rings, while the upper housing contains longitudinal channels connecting the distributors with the pressure and drain lines, sockets for connecting consumers, as well as spools and return springs, while in the lower housing there is a cable channel with laid cables from the electromagnetic drives of the pilot valves to the sealed block plug, pilot valves and electromagnetic drives, as well as connecting channels from the pressure channel in the upper housing to the pilot valves and from the pilot valves to the cavities hydraulic control and drain cavities in the upper housing. Four hydraulic distributors contain removable sleeves connected through transverse holes with channels in the housing, with round-section spools installed in them, made with a gap between the outer surface of the spool and the inner surface of the sleeve, dividing the inner space of the sleeve into three cavities, as well as pilot double-seat valves, the seats of which are made on both sides of one part and are sealed on one side by a ball, and on the other by a conical spool, pressed against the seat through a spring-loaded pusher connected to the armature of the electromagnetic drive.

EFFECT: simplification of the design compared to the use of butt-mounted (modular) distributors or monoblock structures with cast housings.
