FIELD: production of toy construction sets.

SUBSTANCE: toy construction set has first-type construction members provided with at least two protruding parts having axially aligned transverse openings, second-type construction members provided with at least one protruding part and having transverse opening and pin. At least one protruding part provided on second-type construction members is configured so as to enable accommodation of this part between at least two protruding parts of first type-construction members with the result that transverse openings are aligned with respect to one another. Pin is designed so that it may be accommodated within transverse openings for connection of construction members. Pin is equipped with at least one protrusion intended for latch-type connection and positioned at a distance L from one end of pin. Distance L essentially corresponds to width B of peripheral parts on first-type construction members. Such construction enables unintentional dropping of used pins from protruding parts of construction members to be prevented when two construction members are joined to one another.

EFFECT: increased strength of assembled toy and simplified construction of said set.
