FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerosol supply systems, such as, but not exclusively, nicotine delivery systems (e.g., electronic cigarettes). Device for the electronic aerosol supply system comprises a reservoir for the source liquid and a carrier module, which limits the air flow path within the reservoir and includes a heating element installed in the air flow path inside the reservoir to generate an aerosol from the source liquid. Carrier module comprises first and second parts that are connected together to support the heating element, wherein the first and second portions of the carrier module are connected to each other in a contact area that extends in a direction substantially parallel to the direction along which air passes through the airflow channel during normal use of the device, and the heating element is in the form of a sheet material continuing in a plane that is substantially parallel to the interface between the first and second portions.
EFFECT: improvement of the aerosol supply systems.
