FIELD: impact-type mills for grinding of magnetic materials for powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon material by means of striking surfaces of beaters and simultaneously providing forced mixing of material in grinding zone by exposing material to be ground in zone of arrangement of beaters to mutually perpendicular homogeneous constant magnetic field and non-homogeneous alternating magnetic field and increasing induction of homogeneous constant field and induction gradient of non-homogeneous alternating field until stable magnetically vibrating layer of particles of material under grinding process is produced.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved milling homogeneity of powder.
