FIELD: agriculture; production of the lever sprayers with protection against usage by children.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the pumping sprayer with the lever drive and more concretely - to the sprayer containing the clamper of the level, which ensures protection of the sprayer against its usage by children. The problem of the invention is to ensure the safety of the children in case of usage by them of such lever sprayers for sputtering the toxic or toxicant fluids, which process requires application at least of the two-stage actions to transfer the lever into the operational position. For this purpose the lever sprayer for the fluid contains the pump body, the spraying nozzle installed on the front butt of the body tank with the possibility of the turning manually around its central axis between the open position of the sprayer and the its closed position, and the lever movably mounted on the body and intended for actuation of the pump mechanism at making pressure on it. The cover of the lever may be installed on the sprayer and may rest on the front side of the lever in the first position for elimination of the possibility to press on the lever. The cover of the lever may be turned from the first position in the second position for opening of the front side, that ensures the possibility to grab the lever by the arm for making pressure on it to actuate the pump mechanism. for a drive in operation of the gear of the pump. The cover of the lever may be fixed on the lever in the first position, which prevents turning of the cover of the lever from the first position. Consequently it ensures protection against usage of the sprayer by children. The technical result of the invention is the reliability of the design, efficiency of operation, simplicity of the assembly and dismantling, the economical acceptability for production.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reliability of the design, efficiency of operation, simplicity of the assembly and dismantling, the economical acceptability for production.
