SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of protection of the timber and the materials on its basis timber and the timber materials inflammation and the biodeteriorations. The invention presents impregnating composition for the fire-protection and bio-protection of the timber and the materials on its basis containing 24.0-32.0 mass % of the phosphorous acid, 20.0-27.0 mass % of carbamid, 6.0-10.0 mass % of the oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid the rest - water. The composition additionally contains 0.5-1 mass % of the additive reinforcing the fungicidal activity of the impregnating composition, in the capacity of which use the inorganic boron compounds or the ammonium salts and 1.0-10.0 mass % of the additive reinforcing penetrability of the impregnating composition into the timber, in the capacity of which use the monobasic alcohol either bibasic alcohol or the aprotic dipolar solvents. The technical result of the invention is production of the composition, which is stable for prolonged storage and capable at the small costs to ensure the high level of the fire-and-bio protection of the timber and is suitable for application in the conditions of the building sites till the temperature of minus 30°C.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the impregnating compositions for the fire-protection and bio-protection of the timber and the timber materials, which is stable for prolonged storage and capable at the small costs to ensure the high level of the fire-and-bio protection of the timber and is suitable for application in the conditions of the building sites till the temperature of minus 30°C.
