FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for application of labels onto horizontally placed cylindrical vessels. Proposed device contains shaft for feeding tape from roll carrying self-sticking labels, drive shaft mechanically coupled with tape receiving shaft after removal of labels and distributed deflecting rollers and also dispenser whose two deflecting rollers form acute angle of tape bent on distributing plate placed in between, all these devices being installed in parallel of vertical panel. Feed shaft is furnished with friction brake and compensating spring-loaded lever which carries deflecting roller, and tape pressing mechanism adjoins drive shaft. Dispenser is made detachable in form of rod carrying label detector and is furnished with axle to be fitted in panel socket. Deflecting roller of self-contained compensating lever is arranged inside loop of tape formed by pair of additional guide rollers secured on panel before dispenser deflecting tape with labels whose roller is installed stationary. Roller deflecting tape after removal of labels is mounted for angular displacement. Friction brake of hollow feed shaft is made in form of cup in end face stop longitudinally displaced relative to central rod secured on panel, and mechanism pressing tape to drive shaft engages with drive through switch.
EFFECT: improved functional reliability and simplified design of labeling machine.
