SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of glass, which can be used for manufacturing facing tiles and articles of decorative and artistic destination as well as household destination. Glass of invention is composed of, wt %: SiO2 40.0-50.0, CaO 25.0-35.0, Fe2O3 2.0-4.0, K2O 10.0-11.0, CuO 4.0-6.0, Cr2O3 4.0-5.0, and further contains 1.0-3.0% BaO.
EFFECT: lowered glass melting temperature and enhanced decorative properties.
