FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: sulfur binder containing sulfur and modifier is characterized by that modifier is pinene used in amount 0.1-5% of the weight of sulfur. Sulfur/concrete mix containing sulfur binder, 5.005-31.5%, further contains, as aggregate, broken stone fraction 5-10 mm, 40-60%, river sand fraction 0.5-2.5 mm, 20-30%, and mineral flour, the rest. Mix can be used in manufacture of mortars as well as concrete and reinforced concrete parts and units.

EFFECT: increased resistance to corrosive media and mechanic and thermal effects, simplified manufacture technology, and reduced harmful emissions.
