The method for manufacturing concrete using technical sulfur as a binder includes dosing of mineral fillers and sulfur, mixing them in a mixer, unloading from the mixer and molding at ambient temperature, followed by high-frequency exposure to a broadband emitter with a frequency of 40-50 kHz for 3-10 minutes to ensure the transition of sulfur from a solid aggregate state to a liquid, cooling and setting of the binder due to contact with the mineral filler.

EFFECT: simplification and reduction of the cost of the process of manufacturing sulfur concrete, acceleration of the process of gaining the strength of sulfur concrete, increasing productivity.
