SUBSTANCE: proposed cast iron contains the following components, mass-%: carbon, 2.4-2.8; silicon, 1.0-1.8; manganese, 0.8-1.2; chromium, 3.8-4.2; vanadium, 1.8-2.2; aluminum, 0.1-0.2; copper, 0.8-1.2; zirconium, 0.4-0.8; niobium, 1.8-22; boron, 0.01-0.03; the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of cast iron.
