FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam turbines.
SUBSTANCE: flow part of steam turbine, mainly, low pressure cylinder has casing, rotor, working and nozzle blades and guide assembly. All working and nozzle blades are of equal length, being divided by cross partitions forming upper and lower turbines. Each turbine is furnished with independent first guide assembly. Flow part is provided with steam supply devices, one of which is installed before first guide assembly of lower turbine and second one, before first guide assembly of upper turbine.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and power output of turbine at preservation of number of low pressure cylinders.
