FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: pressure strain gage comprises housing made of a flexible metal and is shaped into an elongated member with parallel outer sides and inner cylindrical space arranged along its longitudinal axis. The flat parallel plates made of the same material are mounted on the walls of the housing. The pressure strain gages are mounted on one of the sides of each parallel flat plates and on the wall of the housing . All strain gages are interconnected to provide a bridge circuit.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity.
