FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: volume-weight liquid density meter (VWLDM) comprising a flow-sensitive pipe, a measuring unit and a strain gauge including at least one assembly comprising one frame and at least one cylindrical bellow. Each frame comprises an inlet and an outlet flange with through circular openings, deformation-sensitive longitudinal beams and first strain gauge transducers, each of said beams is rigidly connected to said flanges, at least one end of each said at least one cylindrical bellow is rigidly and airtightly attached into said through opening of the inlet or the outlet flange, the beams comprise first and second surfaces on which the first and second strain gauge transducers are respectively glued, most sensitive to deformation at the displacement of the output flange of the strain gauge flange, respectively, in one of the two directions and insensitive to deformation at the displacement of the output flange, respectively, in one of two directions perpendicular to the directions of their maximum sensitivity, the flow-sensitive pipe is attached to the extreme output flange of the strain gauge, the VWLDM is made with the possibility of changing the direction of the central flow speed vector of a fluid passing through it, the strain gauge is made with the possibility of connecting with its extreme input flange to the input pipeline, the possibility of rigidly fixing to a support fixed relative to the earth, the ability to deform under the influence of the weight of the flow-sensitive pipe with the fluid and its flow rate and the possibility of ensuring the insensitivity of the strain gauge transducers while stretching the bellows.
