SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains the following constituents, mass-%: carbon, 0.4-0.8; silicon, 0.3-0.5; manganese, 15.0-20.0; chromium, 0.1-0.3; molybdenum, 4.0-5.0; aluminum, 0.1-0.3; nickel, 1.0-2.0; boron, 0.03-0.07; copper, 0.5-1.0; the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of articles made from this steel.
