SUBSTANCE: device comprises side frame members that define the side surfaces. The sloping planes are interposed between the front and top surfaces of the side frame members. The top surfaces of the side frame members and top sections of the front surfaces of the side frame members are provided with additional frame members for strengthening the top sections of the of the side frame members. The device has top cantilevers connected with the top surfaces, sloping planes and top sections of the front surfaces of the side frame members. The device is additionally provided with the front frame member, bottom panel, and top panel connected with the side frame members for strengthening of the front, bottom, and top sections of the side frame members.
