SUBSTANCE: device comprises sensor, angle pickup, moment pickup, electronic switch connected to the negative feedback, wide-band and selective amplifiers, comparator, converter of signal level, two AND logical circuits, two synchronous generators, binary reverse counter, binary adder, converter for converting the additional code into the direct code, binary multiplier, and electronic switch. The outputs of the generator of the reference voltage are connected with the inputs of the angle pickup and two AND circuits. The additional inputs of the binary adder are connected with the outputs of the synchronous generators. Several inputs of the converter for converting additional code into the direct code and electronic switch are connected with the outputs of the binary adder. The device is additionally provided with the generator of auxiliary frequency whose outputs are connected with the inputs of the synchronous generators, binary adder, binary multiplier. The output of the current generator is connected with the input of the electronic switch. The output of the binary reverse counter represents a digital output of the device.
