FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement equipment and can be used as sensing element in stabilisation and navigation systems. Device includes sensing element, angle transmitter and negative feedback from output of angle transmitter to input of moment detector through in-series connected, as to data inputs, preliminary and selective amplifiers, comparer, signal level converter, pair of coincidence circuits ("AND"), pair of triggered synchronous generators (TSG), pair of circuits " EXCLUSIVE OR " (logical addition in modulus "2"), the main forward-backward binary counter, binary multiplier and electronic key, as well as two parallel channels from output of modulus separation circuit to inputs of the second adder through the first and the second threshold elements with differential gap. Pass band is enlarged by means of realisation of astable mode.

EFFECT: introduction of two parallel channels with threshold elements to negative feedback allows forming rate of rise of transient process depending on amplification coefficient in open loop, and thus, reducing dynamic error.
