SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting mixture of brandy mint and garden sage using liquid carbon dioxide; separating miscella to be used for impregnation and expanding of moistened tobacco stem. Resultant base product may be used as part of mix for tobacco smoking articles in an amount exceeding 30% since it does not impart cellulose taste when said article is smoked through.
EFFECT: provision for producing of tobacco stem having increased volume.
