SUBSTANCE: therapeutic and prophylactic blanket consists of interconnected alternating passive strip-like means acting upon body. Strips of two kinds are made from textile fabric providing the possibility of creating heat transfer coefficient difference sufficient for creating on respective body regions of temperature difference causing simultaneous stimulation of cold and thermal receptors of subthreshold and threshold force at conditions comfortable for functioning of organism. Blanket is made from interconnected fragments of fabric formed as geometrical figures, with lines of alternating strips of various fragments or groups thereof being arranged at an angle to one another.
EFFECT: increased therapeutic effect and high capacity for creating of comfortable conditions for patient.
